Kathleens-Nook store terms and conditions are a layman’s version so anyone can understand them.
What you need to know about my store terms and conditions
User Accounts
We have decided NOT to have User Accounts to simplify customer transactions.
Transactions, Payment and Pricing store terms and conditions
For transactions and payments we use the PayPal Payment Portal to simplify check-out and to safeguard your transactions.
Pricing is the same for all of our products, at this time.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is through the USPS within the USA.
The Shipping Rates are for the USPS Flat rate boxes.
The Lower price is for the small box and the Higher price is for the medium box.
Unfortunately we do not ship outside the USA.
Returns, Refunds and Limitations of Liability and Warranties
Our return policy is that there are NO returns unless we ship the wrong product.
In that case you can keep what we sent to you and we will pay the shipping for the new product.
In any case, there are NO refunds.
As for limitations of liability you acknowledge that soap is to be used on the body and not eaten or placed in the eyes.
We are NOT liable for a misused product.
Our soap is not warranted, however ALL of the ingredients are accurately listed on the product.
